This Half Cow package from Waseda Farms includes approximately 210 lbs of 100% grass-fed, grass-finished beef, cut and wrapped for your freezer. It's ideal for large families, or for splitting with friends, if you want to buy a half beef (half cow) in Wisconsin with no smoked products included.

Plan on about 7–8 cubic feet of freezer space for a half cow. A mid-size chest or upright freezer works well.

This package contains fresh, frozen beef cuts only — no brats, hot dogs, or other smoked or processed items. Total weight is approximately 210 lbs and can vary slightly from animal to animal.

Customize Your Package

• Roasts, stew meat, and ground beef can be customized – we can adjust these cuts or add more to your package.
• Steaks can be decreased, but not increased – because each animal yields a limited number of steaks, we can reduce the steak amounts in your package but can't add more.

To customize, you must contact us. We won't reach out about customizations, so if you'd like to change your package, please contact us and let us know. Customizations change your price – adding roasts or ground beef, or removing steaks, will adjust your package price, and we'll update your pricing once we hear from you.
