Certified Organic premium steaks from cattle raised organically and sustainably on our family farm in Door County, Wisconsin. Our cattle roam over 500 acres of perennial grass pastures.
The mixture of 20 different grasses, including ryegrasses, clovers, festulolium, fescue, orchardgrass, chicory and more, make for an especially delicious and nutritious “salad bar” beef high in nutrients, minerals, and omega 3s.
