Is your beef certified organic?
Yes. The beef in this collection is USDA Certified Organic and 100% grass-fed, from cattle raised humanely on our family farm in Door County, Wisconsin.
How is organic grass-fed beef different from grocery store beef?
Grass-fed beef is leaner, with a richer, beefier flavor. Because it has less fat, it cooks faster: use a little lower heat for roasts and pull steaks about 5°F earlier than you would for conventional beef.
How does shipping work?
Everything ships frozen to every U.S. state except Hawaii. Shipping is free to Wisconsin and Illinois on orders of $200 or more, and Milwaukee and Chicago-area orders typically arrive the next day. Rates for other states are shown at checkout. See Ordering & Shipping for details.
