Certified Organic, Grass-Fed beef from cattle raised organically and humanely on our family farm in Door County, Wisconsin.

The perfect mix of ground brisket, clod heart (chuck), and short rib, from our amazing cattle. This is our specialty blend made by and for chefs to make the most delicious burger in the land using Clod Heart (Chuck), Brisket and Short Ribs.   Approximately an 80% lean blend which makes for a great juicy burger.
