Chicken Bratwurst

Fully cooked chicken brats made with a blend of organic spices (white pepper, black pepper, coriander, nutmeg, all spice, celery, red pepper), evaporated cane juice powder, untreated salt. All of our products are gluten free.

Each package contains 16 oz. of Certified Organic fully cooked chicken brats. 

We are partnering with a Certified Organic poultry producer to meet the demands of our customers for chicken. We visit all farms that we partner with to make sure they live up our standards of Certified Organic farming, the highest animal health and welfare, and premium meat quality. This chicken is packed with the nutrition of dense grass and legume pastures and fed a supplemental diet of organic grain.
