**Update**

Due to the recent extreme increase in shipping costs, effective February 23, 2024, we now have a minimum of $100 for all orders and switched to customer paid shipping.  Sorry for any inconvenience.

We ship Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays out of our De Pere location. Orders placed before 10 am. Central Time on Wednesday will ship with 24 hours and arrive within the week. Orders received after 10 am on Wednesday through Sunday will ship Monday or Tuesday. 

We ship frozen, in an insulated box. No dry ice is used, as this keeps our shipping prices to you low. If in transit, there is minimal thawing on the outer surfaces, that is okay, simply place the meats in the freezer.  If for any reason the box is completely thawed, please contact us immediately (920-632-7271). We would like pictures of the product, so please don't just throw anything away.

As soon as your order is packed, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number from UPS.  If this is a gift for someone, let them know it is coming.  If it sits unopened for a couple of days, it will not be as exciting to open.

A note on weather and holidays

Mother Nature in Wisconsin can be a real treat in the Winter. And on some days, the weather can impact our logistics and shipping practices. We will do our best to contact you after your order is placed to let you know if there will be delay in getting your order ready. We apologize in advance if this causes a problem for you. If you have any questions, please let us know.
