Non-GMO Pork

From hogs raised humanely and fed organic grains-which are non-GMO on our farm in Door County and partner farms through the Midwest. 

Pork chops, Bratwurst, ground pork and more.  As part of organic farming, our hogs are given no hormones or antibiotics, eat only certified organic grains, and are given ample room inside and outside to play... and be pigs!

This recipe is what we have found to be the best for the pigs, for the earth, and for us.
