The Chefs we partner with rave about this bacon. Lightly smoked with the perfect just-right thickness to accentuate that great bacon flavor burst. No nitrates or nitrites are added; Natural celery juice powder is used during the curing process.
From hogs raised humanely and fed organic grains-which are non-GMO on our farm in Door County and partner farm in NE Wisconsin.
Approximately 1 lb total, with 8 - 12 slices per pack.
INGREDIENTS: Pork Belly, Untreated Salt, Cane Juice Powder, Brown Sugar, Cinnamon, Clove, Celery Powder, Cherry Powder.
