Sheet Pan Pork Bratwurst Dinner

Ingredients:

  • 4 pork bratwurst sausages
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 2 bell peppers (any color), sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Prepare vegetables: Place the halved potatoes, sliced onions, and bell peppers on a large sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with garlic powder, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together to coat the veggies evenly.

  3. Add bratwurst: Place the pork bratwurst sausages on the same sheet pan, nestled between the veggies.

  4. Roast: Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping the brats halfway through, until the sausages are browned and cooked through and the veggies are tender.

  5. Serve: Garnish with freshly chopped parsley (optional) and enjoy!

This sheet pan meal is quick to prepare, requires minimal cleanup, and is perfect for a family dinner!
