Sheet Pan Pork Bratwurst Dinner
Ingredients:
- 4 pork bratwurst sausages
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 bell peppers (any color), sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions:

Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare vegetables: Place the halved potatoes, sliced onions, and bell peppers on a large sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with garlic powder, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together to coat the veggies evenly.

Add bratwurst: Place the pork bratwurst sausages on the same sheet pan, nestled between the veggies.

Roast: Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping the brats halfway through, until the sausages are browned and cooked through and the veggies are tender.
