Ingredients:

  • 4 bone-in or boneless pork chops
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme or rosemary (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions:

  1. Season the pork chops: Generously season both sides of the pork chops with salt and pepper.
