Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry

Here’s a simple and tasty recipe for Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry:

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced (or 1 teaspoon ground ginger)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the ingredients: In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Set aside.

  2. Cook the ground beef: Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula (about 5-7 minutes). Drain any excess fat if needed.

  3. Add garlic and ginger: Stir in the minced garlic and ginger, cooking for another minute until fragrant.

  4. Add broccoli: Add the broccoli florets to the skillet. Pour in the sauce mixture and stir well. Cook for an additional 4-5 minutes until the broccoli is tender but still crisp.

  5. Finish and serve: Drizzle with sesame oil if desired, and stir to combine. Serve the beef and broccoli stir-fry over cooked rice or noodles.
