Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry
Here’s a simple and tasty recipe for Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry:
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced (or 1 teaspoon ground ginger)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions:

Prepare the ingredients: In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Set aside.

Cook the ground beef: Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula (about 5-7 minutes). Drain any excess fat if needed.

Add garlic and ginger: Stir in the minced garlic and ginger, cooking for another minute until fragrant.
