Waseda Farms meat dry rub is delicious on chicken, pork or beef. It's the main seasoning that we use at Waseda Farms.
Keep this spice mix on hand, it adds a complex combination of flavors to meats and sauces. It makes a big enough batch, you will want to use it on everything!
When you use a brine for pork loin, you will increase the flavor and the moisture of your meat. This means your pork will be juicier right from the start. You can add so much flavor to your meat just by using a simple brine or marinade.

The Waseda Farms® herd consists almost entirely of Aberdeen Angus, known more commonly as Black Angus. Black Angus have a great natural marbling, which makes for delicious and tender beef. They are the most well known beef breed in the world for good reason. And we have to say, they’re pretty darn handsome. And of course, all our beef is 100% grass fed, with no antibiotics or hormones used, ever.
We raise organically raised heritage breed Berkshire pork. We have a wide assortment of products available, from chops and loins, to shoulders, smoked hams and amazing bacon. We also have a growing selection of sausages and bratwurst. All our pork products are nitrate free and 100% meat, no fillers so no mystery. Except for a pig’s smile. That is a mystery we will never understand.
